As a former Division I collegiate soccer athlete, Dr. Brit understands the dedication required to achieve peak athletic performance. She has been certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM), with expertise in movement assessment, functional rehab, and injury prevention. This allows her to identify compensations that may limit performance or contribute to injury. Dr. Brit helps athletes and active individuals improve strength, mobility, and performance, while reducing the risk of injury.

Dr. Brit views nutrition as a foundation for recovery, performance, and overall wellness. As a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, she assists patients in changing their nutrition tailored to each patient’s goals—whether improving athletic performance, supporting healing, managing weight, or building healthier habits. By moving beyond fad diets and generic plans, she addresses underlying barriers and guides patients toward sustainable, balanced nutrition—helping you become your best self, one step at a time.

Dr. Brit provides expert chiropractic care, sports medicine, and injury rehabilitation through hands-on experience and ongoing education. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner through the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Medicine. She has training in Active Release Technique, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, McKenzie, Faktor, Trigger Point Dry Needling, and more. Her extensive training allows her to deliver personalized, results-driven care, taking the time to identify and treat root causes of chronic pain, injuries, and mobility issues so patients can recover faster and move better.
