FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I STILL GET REIMBURSEMENT FROM MY INSURANCE?

YES! If you wish to use your insurance benefits we can provide you with a superbill (a type of receipt proving the treatment rendered). You can submit this to your insurance company who may reimburse you for your visit depending on your insurance plan. This will be only allowed for comprehensive treatments with included chiropractic care. This cannot be used for training or nutrition services.

can i use my health savings account (HSA) or

financial savings account (FSA)?

Yes! Accepted forms of payment include HSA, FSA, cash, credit card, Venmo, and Paypal; all of which are expected at the time of service.

WHAT SHOULD I expect at my first visit?

You can expect to be well taken cared of! We are all about quality and positive experiences. During your first visit we will sit down and discuss your history and goals, followed by assessing your movement and problem areas. For this it's best to dress in loose and comfortable clothing. Lastly, depending on your goals you will receive treatment and/or training. We will discuss a plan of action moving forward so you can reach your goals faster, smarter, and stronger.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO SCHEDULE?

If you're a new patient start with a new patient evaluation. During your first visit we will discuss the best option for you moving forward.

Otherwise, it depends on your goals! Because we have multiple specialties you now have multiple options. If you're looking for a minimal tune up then a Comprehensive Treatment 15 minute appointment may suffice just fine. If you are having unresolved chronic pain or have multiple areas of concern, then a Comprehensive Treatment 45-60 minute appointment is most recommended. If you multiple health goals, The Whole Approach with included comprehensive treatment, training, and nutrition may be best for you.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

No, you do not need a referral from any other provider to come see us at The Whole Performance.

do i have to be an athlete to come?

No! Deep down we are all athletes who were born to move. We may specialize in sports medicine and athletic performance, but we treat anyone who is in pain or wants to feel their best. We assess movement patterns on everyone because it gives us the most information on how to help solve your problem more functionally. Training isn't for everyone and we are okay with that.
